Terms and Conditions Any agreement to purchase or contract entered into with Summerlands does not affect your consumers statutory rights. Payment methods UK We accept payment by personal cheques, postal orders, credit cards, and direct payment into our bank account. We accept major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa,Switch and American Express. Orders When you place your provisional order, you will receive an automated acknowledgement of this provisional order. Your provisional order will then be checked to make sure all details, pricing and shipping are correct and that we have the item or items available. At that point we will confirm your provisional order and advise you of availability and final costing including shipping.
UK Orders
All orders are treated as provisional until checked for
any inaccuracies, after checking the order we will email you a
confirmation and acceptance of your order or corrected order for
your approval.
Unsolicited Mail We Do Not send unsolicited email, we do however have a special offer and news letter mail shot for those who wish to subscribe. This also has an instant removal feature. We do not pass customers email addresses or any other details on to third parties.

Unless requested a customer will receive no follow up email after completion of their order.
Complaints Procedure We endeavor to respond to all complaints within five working days. Cancellations Rights
For clarification - and In
line with distance selling regulations. You have the right to cancel
your order within 7 working days, the cancellation period starts the
"day after" receipt of the goods. You are not required to give a
reason for the return of the goods. We refund the total value of your
order within 30 days of cancellation. The Last Word!
We hope you will find our service fast, efficient and friendly, you will be kept informed every step of the way through your transaction. We use the Royal Mail and City Link to get your new tackle to you fast, if we have your items in stock we will ship them immediately using Citylnk an express delivery service in the UK. If we do not have your ordered items in stock we will notify you of the estimated delivery time , enabling you to decide whether to cancel or leave the items on order.
